Had to wait over 40 minutes this morning to just get to see anyone in the office to give me my parcel! No notice had been placed on the desk to notify of the long absence!

Shocking have now had 5 or 6 failed deliveries within a couple of weeks I’m sure they don’t even bother coming now it just gets delayed day after day, I’d seriously avoid this company

No allocated time slot, expected to sit in all day and wait.
Delivery could of been posted in letterbox….didn’t, I had to drive 45mins to collect.
Text msg received of failed delivery, No note left to prove it was even attempted.

Superb service, posting off my daughters and sons laptops to New Zealand. Posted on the Tuesday, landed on NZ within days. NZ customs only just released the box today. In Auckland, North island. My children live in Christchurch, south island, delivery in a few days, so I'm praying the box and contents are undamaged! 12000 mile journey, 2 weeks being transported around, should be OK. But my heartfelt thanks to the DHL team in stockton. J B Cooke
