I had bad experience with the manager “Subham Sakher” him self, waste my time there shopping. I would not try to deal with them again.

I only gave them 1 star because you can’t give zero stars! Worst delivery service in the country, my order is late, I have called their hotline 10 times, each time I was kept on hold for 15 mins, to speak to an agent who said they will call back with updates about my delivery but no called back! None of their 4-5 agents who I spoke to was professional enough to call back! I also placed 2 complains online with the promise to get back to me within 24 hours, also no one got back to me… seriously don’t order! Instead of you enjoying your new order it will be a struggle…

They don’t even deserve a one star, Worst experience you’ll ever get, i used to like homecenter but since my last shopping experience with them I’ll never shop there again, they gave me a damaged broken product and finally after days of trying to get ahold of their customer services they didn’t like that i wanted an exchange or refund.

I’m unhappy about the after sale service from Home Centre, I bought marble coffee tables with sides tables from the store. However, after delivery I noticed that the coffee tables were little chipped on the sides, I reported this matter to the store and no real action has .!!!been taken to solve the matter till now

Worst costumer service ever... I bought a bench for the first tym from home centre which was damaged... I filed a complain the very nxt day of receiving my order but its been 6 mnth nw that they haven't cum up with any solution... repair r anything... Nt going to buy anything again from home centre....
