I’m fine with the service and the advisors but 1-booking an appointment is a huge hustle, timing isn’t convenient for everyone 2-there is no more express (1 hour to 1:30 hour) service , after my warranty expires I will be servicing my car out , don’t want to deal with this anymore

From 2019 Feb to 2021 October I maintain my car services in this branch. Customer care and the services are always the best in this branch.

Recently I shifted to Sharjah and the last 2/3 services I did in Sharjah Honda Branch. but I am not satisfied with their services. Poor compared to al ain. Nowadays I am traveling from Sharjah to al ain for proper service. Also, Mr. Jackson (an Indian gentleman) always responds to my concerns over the phone. Great service person ;Best of luck; keep it up

If your services are the best; traveling distance is nothing for customers because at the end of the day customers look for good results.

Very Good customer service and support from all employees there. Specially Mr. Chandan gave good details about the service. On time and good service from the team. I recommend Honda service here. They're following COVID-19 business care as per government instruction. Safe to go and get the best of customer service.

The service is fast and efficient. But sometimes you need to push the maintenance team to get the job done properly.The service managers are great. They explain the things in detail.
Over all satisfactory service.
Sales is different ball altogether. .????

I was at Honda Service Centre to do System faulty check up on my car, Met a gentleman who’s named Mr. Mohammed Hawas, he helped me to rectify issue in 10 mins with great gesture. I will give 5* for his excellent service. Thumbs up
