Been there for my birthday last July 5th (2023), and together with my mom, we had a great experience and without any revolving issues.

I do really think that everything they served the foods is just unlimited and well-prepared (also multi-cultural as we observe on those serving platters), and that's what "eat-all-you-can" works. Well, it's excellent and we truly enjoyed every single moment and won't ever forget in our lives.

To others, it's quite expensive to think but for those who can afford - there shouldn't be problem(s) obviously. The staff (of this resto) is almost pure Filipinos, yet there are other nationalities as well working together - but the real deal is: all of the staff are cooperatively great indeed, I don't have complains too.

Certainly one of the best resto in UAE (United Arab Emirates) to try and indulge with good pleasure not only for yourself (like myself), but for many people as well. Kudos!

Super good deal - for 49 AED all you can drink with big variety of food. Everything’s delicious! Excellent service, comfortable sitting, pleasant atmosphere and live music (karaoke). Recommended

Hot Palayok Restaurant and Grill is located inside the Madinat Zayed Mall on the second floor. This is a family restaurant in a cosy corner that was lit with fairy lights and had comfortable seating spaces. We reserved the private room for our farewell dinner and the room had a big screen tv and karaoke ????. The buffet was a variety of seafood- prawns and crab and chicken and vegetables and a desert table that somehow catered for the mixed Nationalities that were in the room. The live cooking station was my draw card because I got to choose a variety of veggies with chicken or fish and the hands- on chef made a mini stir fry in front of me with my choice of cooking sauces too. I only wished he would go lighter on the cooking oil! Our farewell party was successful with efficiency from the waiters. Thank you ☺️

If you want to experience eat all you can Filipino delicacies and food, I recommend this place. The buffet fee is only 51 dirhams not included drinks. There varieties of Filipino foods and I love the sushi. Overall recommended for friends and families.

Nice Selection of buffet foods
Staff are very attentive to our needs and manager on duty Ferdinand are approachable he keep on checking each table to check what does customer needs.
We feel very welcome in this restaurant it's definitely a good choice to refer hot palayok with our friends and let them to try and experience the delicious foods that chef prepared and meet a nice staff.
Would definitely come back again to hot palayok .

Came here for dinner woth friends. Last time i ate here was more than three years ago. I like the variety of the buffet but the quality is not so good. The grilled chicken feels like a leftover from lunch time. The spaghetti is tasteless and the sushi is chewy. The crabs dosen't taste fresh and what's the point of having a grill station if you don't use it. It was disappointing. The milk used for the halo halo is not the usual evaporated milk. It feels like i'm eating skimmed milk with cereals. The soup was hot and comforting. The rest of the food was satisfying. Overall the quality of food before was better. But the staffs were friendly and accommodating.

We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary last May 2023 and the food was flavourful specially my wife loves the pancit plus the price is affordable for buffet. Definitely will come back ????

First time I tried Hot Palayok-Abu dhabi, my expectations were the same with Hot Palayok-Dubai. And yes! I enjoyed it so much.

I came for a lunch buffet alone. First time to eat in a buffet alone but the staffs were so accommodating and friendly, I didn't feel left out or awkward.

The ambiance is good, the food tastes sooo amazing! It feels so homey and so pinas!

The price is worth it, i'd be back soon for dinner or weekend lunch because the choices are more during these times. You will just add 5+ aed to have unlimited iced tea.

Absolutely disgusting. Parked here with my young son and it was the most dirty place I've ever been in.
Got the lift down which smells like an old public toilet. The stairs back up were no better. Could actually see the wee marks up the wall on the exit to Sidwell Street. I felt like we both needed to go home and shower. £4.50 to park in what is effectively a public loo. I cannot believe John Lewis let their name anywhere near it.

Great place to park. We always manage to find parking here. Good value compared to other places nearby. We Had a small problem with payment but the staff were very helpful and solved the problem. My fault not there's.

Very good for parking in the middle of the city.. not the cheapest but its a multi storey car park.. A prime location..

It's in a great location, close to the high street. Lots of spaces. However, I thought it was expensive. Starting price £4.50. I'd taken elderly parent to the bank. It was the closest car park. We were 20 minutes.

This is the only decent parking lot in Exeter Town centre in my view... The other options are so badly designed that you are always at risk of scratching or denting your car... This one by John Lewis is the only parking I'd recommend to anyone visiting this part of the world.

It's a car park. There is a bridge across to the high st. The parking pay thing says that if your card doesn't work you have to use cash. No toilets, lift seems reliable but stops running 40 mins before closing.
