I visited today madinat Zayed hour choice because my recently bought fast track smart watch was not working. It was the worst customer experience I had.
The only target of the staff here is to denie all waranty rights and not sending the damaged product to service centre.
Staff is finding unbelievable reasons to denie waranty rights. One reason was that "i bought the product online". Comeon man - u expect ur customers to go offline in 2023???
Never expected this from hour choice group.I will throw away my damaged watch & will never buy anything from them with my experience today. UNACCEPTABLE.

The customer service I received was outstanding from Mr.Naveen and Mr.Hashim.The store had a warm and inviting ambiance. It was well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the different collections. The overall atmosphere created a pleasant shopping experience, allowing me to browse and explore without feeling overwhelmed.
