House of Tea Muroor branch was one of my fav cafeterias in Abu Dhabi and not anymore. Their chilli porotta was really good and I reccomended it to a famous food vlogger as well. But recently their service and food are getting worse Two weeks back I ordered some food and they didn't deliver the food and not responded for my calls. I called them the next day to check what happened. They explained what happened and admitted their mistake. And yesterday I ordered some food and they delivered it after 90 mins. Please imagine the condition of the food which was outside for 90 mins. They were responding like it is normal. So I have decided not to go back.

i think the one who's answering the order over the phone need to clean his ears because he always making a mistake taking the order. we order 2 paratta the last time they bought 4 paratta today we order 3 paratta they bought 4 i was there then he pointed his finger through me WITH ANGER

It takes so long to bring the order, i satied there for so long and they still didn't get my order ready while other cars got their orders
Im simply just ordering one Fransisco and its taking so long tk make whyy?!

No carpark near to the jobcenter, so you can only park in morrison and walk...

Friendly staff and not as intimidating as the one in Birmingham City centre. However, staff are consistently late to appointments/don't follow through with appointment times. If the tables were turned I would be sanctioned. It's a JOKE!! Sort it out please.

No parking was a nightmare when I visited! Rang the centre 3 times to ask where they could suggest to park. No answer. After finally finding a street to dump my car I walked in and staff are sat there and no customers. So why couldn't anyone answer the phone!?
10 min late for my appointment but they still seen me. One plus.

Open Mon-Fri 9-5. Used to open on Saturdays but no longer does.

Not as expected. Not the place to go to if you want a job. Staff member said my best was to trawl shops with cv, or go to an agency !
