This is an outstanding nursery, with great management and amazing teachers! The administrative process is very easy and transparent and full support is given to parents by Mrs. Tanja at all times. She tries hard to organize events for the kids and wonderful excursions, and has always supported me in any issues I have faced with my daughter's attendance and her development. She has given me many great advices which helped a lot, which is really valuable to me. She really cares and loves kids, which is clearly visible when speaking to her. Kids get extraordinary care by the teachers and all caregivers, and work together with parents to achieve best results for the kids. Mrs. Tatjana gives her full heart when working with kids, and always finds a way to bring out the best in my daughter. I have seen an outstanding improvement in all areas of my daughter's development within a few months of attending the nursery. Mrs Tatjana has a very positive attitude and provides many photos and artwork from the class, and pays equal attention to each little student. All staff are really caring and try hard to give best results, which is visible. I am very happy we chose Hummingbird and without a doubt, this will be a great memory for my kid.

Friendly, upbeat and accomodating staff. I am happy and well satisified with how they teach and take care of my son. His improvement was considerably noticeable even after a day in this nursery. Thank you and wish you well ladies!

Extremely bad nursery, i was nice enough to pay 6 days in advance, i put my son for 2 days then he gets severely sick. I asked for a refund which they said they will honor after many confrontational emails going back and forth, its been more than a month and they still haven't paid me back the money they owe me.

Very unprofessional staff, most of them busy on phones and don't bother.

I don't recommend this place at all, there is no justification for why they stole my money. Even though i didn't ask for the registration fee back, i only asked for what is rightfully mine which is the 4 days i paid out of good will, i could have easily not paid that and paid daily, instead they abused it and stole my money.

Edit: i recieved my money after 1.5 Months

Maybe one day experience is not enough to judge!! But honestly talking i put my 3 year old son as a trial to see his acceptance to the idea of being detached from me, the director asked for 80 drhms/hour of care (already has his own food) when i came back sharply after one hour i asked the receptionist how much you take per hour of care usually she said 40 drhms/hr.
Moreover i gave her 50 she didn’t even offer me the 10 drhms change!!!!!!

The staff there are super friendly, my son enjoyed going to the humming bird. He still talkes about his teacher Ms Tatyana.

Lovely shop and wonderful staff. Big shout out and massive thanks especially to Sara. I went in today with my mum and picked up a present for her when she wasn't looking. I thought she'd leave to wait outside when I was paying - she unfortunately did not but Sara noticed and handled it with the utmost discretion and friendliness. Once again, a huge thank you to you!
