Very very very bad experience. They dont care weather patient is serious or what. They delay very urgent reports. Nurse dont even know how to take blood. When you call them for blood reports they dont even pick the call & reply on that.

It's a nice small laboratory. It is on mazanian Floor. When i went, there were few people ahead of me and the staff managed the rush very fairly. Staff is polite. I went for Covid19 swap test and it was done very smoothly. I could have given 5 star. But one star cut is for payment system. As in this time of pandamic where all businesses are going towards cashless payment system. This laboratory only accepts cash payments. Which was very surprising for me as they are health care facility and does not have cashless payment option. Other then payment every thing is very well managed and good.

Updated: Happy to see that now they have added card payment machine.

Outstanding Service
The service I received was superb. Staff were polite professional and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double-check details -- efficient but unrushed. I will absolutely use the clinic again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I really amazed their excellent service, Mostly any one can leave their within 15 minutes after completing all the test procedures, Customer service was excellent as well,
Rules and regulations for this laboratory is tremendous all staf is good, testing in this lab is working very serious.

And very much helpful PCR screening centre as very convenient and easy process, The tes takes only 5 min. Results come also fast.

I had really bad experience with a PCR test. My result was not delivered on time because of which I missed important commitments. The customer service team just kept telling me for 4 hours that's they are following up with no results.

Truly agree on the payment process as it should be cashless with the vision of leaders to have the country as smart and paperless. Would recommend the owners to look into it and sort the issue. Other than that waiting period is acceptable. Results r delayed sometimes, but they meet the expectations of customers.
