We picked up the online order there's a kiosk. Just wait in the car and the staff will bring the item after evaluation. There's also showroom not bigger but complete stuff. Dine in also available for snacks.

I have received a different item than I requested, made me wait for a whole week and found out it is not what I ordered, and they will never call you back for the refund process after they take their item back to their store. Kept saying they will give me a voucher, I never asked for a voucher I just want the money back. Bad experience in Al Ain branch.

I call it IKEA express :) a lovely small place for all your needs. No warehouse or stock shelves available. The best way to order or purchase online and within 24 hours you can visit them and collect it

It is amazing how customer support works in Ikea Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. We were contacted by Mr Okla from Al Ai
store and he made a rather difficult process seem so easy, for days he was following up with our order until it came to our home. He and Mrs Pauline from Abu Dhabi store are just unbelievable! We had a bit of difficult problem to salve, with a faulty mattress we bought 5 years ago from Ikea Al Ain. We contacted Ikea to replace it for us, they sent a team for inspection and then we got a call from Ikea Al Ain (Mr Okla) asking us to go to the nearest store which was in Yas Island and choose our new mattress, we also decided to buy a new bed, so he made enormous effors to deliver both items from AlAin and Abu Dhabi store on the same day. Congratulations Ikea for having such an amazing team! Thank you so much!

Ikea in AlAin is small and limited, because it is only for orders collection or get some stuff for home.
Most of items are out of stock and you need to order online.

Really Lovely cheerful place, you can enjoy agood time there, you can order from their place and take the order with delivery.
