Good location, acceptable, tasty, but oily food, all spoiled by somber and smile-free " service"

My wife and her friend just visited. Apparently, the service staff are free of the normal smiles and courtesies. The food was oily, yet tasty.

.
They had ordered a full breakfast, like one gets at LA Brioche.. the food was okay, two sausages, some bacon, and four small pancakes. No ketchup provided with the potato wedges, but it was provided after asking for it. The muesli with the breakfast came without the utensils to eat it with. The spoons came only after a request.

In addition to no smiles, there was no water offered, no " how was the food?" No follow up at all...

To end the whole unpleasant cafe visit , apparently, the waitstaff came to clean their table while they continued to sit and talk there, possibly as an indication to move on.. but the cafe was mostly empty, with just another group in a nearby table.

So, if you fancy decent service, steer clear...

Dear Owner: If your staff aren't friendly and pleasant, it doesn't bode well for good business, especially when there are so many other pleasant places to eat at. Your location is good. It isn't too late to improve. Good luck!

An amazing cafe with comfortable seats, good breakfast choices but the type of coffee was bad.

I’ve been craving the eggs Benedict since they closed the old branch, and I am telling you that you have to try the breakfast. ????

The location is great but bring your sun glasses with you or pick a place where you won’t get direct sun light into your eyes. ????

I believe it will be great destination in winter.

This is the perfect place to spend a quality time with your nearest and dearest one in a beautiful view of Rosa garden Al Ain
This il cafe diroma has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide beverages list and wonderful food and dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again

The cafe views are amazing and they serve good coffee and breakfast . The staff is friendly and professional.

If your looking for the place to have the real Italian coffee, so here you are!!! The place is very cosy and the staffs are super polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

You find me early in the morning here, lovely tasty coffee, great staff and inspiring outdoor area, watching the park with birds.
