Please think twice before renting a car with Indigo. They have no trustworthiness whatsoever and will go to great extents to pinch additional charges from you.
Very poor costumer service, didn’t even explain very carefully about the contract, we only took 5 days contract and no one initiate to call if we will extend or no, we pay 125 for delivery and another 125 upon collecting the car.
We got Nissan Sunny car with scratches from them while returning the car, they were trying to charge for all the existing dents on me. Luckily, we had taken pics and showed proof that these were already there and they could not charge me.
This practice is extremely unacceptable. Horrible! Worst! Pathetic! One rating since zero rating is not available. Do not try to rent a car from this company because they will try their best to overcharge you. This practice is extremely unacceptable.

Best service provider in abudhabi. Car maintained well. Neat and clean. Customer handling also good.

I’ve been their customer since 2019 and I can say they have been good to me except when they increased my monthly rental rate this year. ????

Reem branch guys are good. Special mention to Rizwan who is always accomodating. Luckily I always get almost new cars.

Rizwan and Ussman are trustworthy and very friendly, cars were available on time. What also made my experience great is when I forgot my wallet in one of the cars, I called 5 days later to check and they have looked for it and returned it back to me untouched. Definitely would recommend ????????

Value for money, exceptional service, several representative office branches that guarantee convenient reach to the nearest rental store, very friendly and professional staff. I have worked with Rizwan and Jawad and recommend these guys for help you finding best car for rent.

am a part of LULU group, and we have been renting a lot of cars from Indigo rent a car for daily, weekly and monthly basis, there service is great, team is professional and cars are new and clean. Would recommend to anyone for renting with them ..great company

while taking car is hassle free. but strugglled a lot to getting invoice. almost a month waiting for an invoice and reimbursement with insurance company. no proper response after taking the vehicle. i don't know when i will get my deposite refund.

I’m very happy with service from indigo rent car and specially Mr. Usman and his team in Al reem. Usman is very helpful and supportive and he manage to have the same vehicle for me upon my request and expedited the paper work.
Highly recommended the service provider
