Very bad service in dubai
Highly not recommended for tourist purposes in Dubai.
Lots of waiting for other guests and not cleaning mention the timetable for pickup and drops.
Please don't choose this travel agent.

Saalib Shah was an a great guy who help me to arranged all the flight even though he is not on duty! I would like other people to approach and see how professional he is... Keep going and thank you for your great hospitality ???????? best ever I've seen consultant! Bravo!

I used Infinity Travel and Tourism to book my package for Dubai, I was in correspondence with Mr. Noel Britto.

Mr Noel took care of all my excursions in Dubai with regular follow ups.

Since the day me and my family arrived in Dubai on 29th august 2022 everything was on point, we had the representative who picked us up and transferred us to the hotel Madinat Jumeirah Mina A Salam.

Everyday I would be contact from the representative for the next day schedule and pick up times for the excursions which I had booked such as Dubai frame, Burj Khalifa, Dessert Safari and more. I was also contact during the day at least 2 times from the representative if everything was okay and if I required anything extra.

I would highly recommend to book through Infinity Travel and Tourism to give you the best value for money.

Thank you for making our holiday rememberable.

I did not entirely use the services this travel agency offers but I was buying insurance there for Schengen zone, and associate was able to help me with this, price was also satisfactory
