i submitted total loss claim for my car with all required documents. its about 45 days till yet they did not processed the claim and worst part is no one is attending calls. I am keep trying their contact number unfortunately no one is answering calls some times Mr. Ibrahim will attend calls and he he doesn’t know how to behave with customer always false commitment , Says manager is not here seems like all company is running on 1 manager’s shoulder ,worst customer service ever I have seen . They left me with no option I have to contact any authority.

Absolutely horrible place to get your car insurance, I got into an accident 3 weeks ago , and it was just the rings and tire damages with the bumper. And I have yet to even get APPROVAL to fix it from the garage, absolutely hilarious. Call center does not pick up, and when I showed up it took them 33 minutes to get my file even though I have already been seated. I am going to insure my car at the QIC insurance honestly. do not insure your car here or you will regret it.

Terrible service, and super arrogant attitude of customer services staff sitting there. They are least bothered with your presence and query and you can sit there for hours and no one will invite you to discuss your issue. No one picks up the phone ever, so why have phones if you dont answer. Worst experience.

Horrible experience. A guy with this insurance ran me over at a red street light. It's been months and I couldn't get in touch with them to fix my motorcycle. I had to pay multiples times for a fee so I can renew my accident report. Every time I renew it, I just get ignored by them. Extremely disappointing..

I got cheated by your agent, i asked to renew my motor insurance under same benifit, the agent renewed with cuting off benefit and did not inform me. Additionally he did not share the TOB even after payment i discovered this cheating only after one week. This is cheating, i raised complaints but no benefit call center are useless

The worst insurance ever to deal with, no one attends the call and its been weeks since i got into and accident and i want to claim. Very bad service.

Worse service. Even for a No claim report ,no one is responsible.
Last one week am running behind company and agents for this.Still no update. Not recommended. Such a bad customer customer service.

No email acknowledgment and worst customer service. Zero value for their clients. if there a option to write negative review definitely I should go for that. worst insurance company in the world.
