As the birth place of my husband's parents, we come here every month....the beaches are beautiful with plenty of space and you can get drinks, food , ice-cream from the various places on the harbour or visit the many places to eat and drink in the town.... plenty of parking and cycle routes, coastal path is accessible to all....motor homes are often seen with their owner's enjoying the seaside....Burry Port will always have a special place in our hearts.....x

Loved it here..lots to look at (tourist)
Port burry beach though was coverd and I mean coverd in jelly fish the sand in the water. Not a great beach to spend day on.

Always a lovely place to go! The tide was all the way in today which great, both children and my dog were swimming in it ! And also the lifeboats were being brought in which added to the experience and the sun started to set, very pretty

...if you take a walk, take a bag and do some plastic collecting from whatever the tide brings in - it may feel like a thankless job, but im sure every little helps as there is so much out there!!! I love this beach and if every person who uses it gives back by doing something... then I'm sure a difference will be made..
