I had the worst experience with the property management, the first gentlemen i spoke to from the leasing team was very rude and unprofessional, i managed to speak to a lady that was helpful in the beginning, enquired about a certain property and she asked me to send an email with the details of the apartment in order to get the confirmation from the landlord then start the process, 4 days later she calls me telling me sorry we leased this apartment to someone else but there is another apartment with a higher price available, knowing very well that i have 5 days left to vacate the apartment i was at back then. I requested to speak to her manager who also to my surprise was also very unprofessional, his solution was either to take the more expensive option, or to agree to take an apartment a week after the agreed date and without them cleaning it, stating “we never do the cleaning and you take the property as is”. It was very clear they made me go through this experience to either sell me the more expensive option or try to cut cost by strong arming me into the dirty, uncleaned apartment. If i had access to the landlord i’d have definitely raised this matter to him only to warn him about the kind of experience other people would be exposed to in the name of his property. I would suggest you read your contract carefully and disucss the services they offer in return as it mostly shows the tenant’s obligations and not the landlord’s/property management’s such as who handles the cleaning when a tenant first moves in, who handles maintenance, and the terms of deduction from the deposit upon vacating the apartment.

The worst management i have seen
They treat us like as if they gifted us the appartment
I have emailed my concern , no replies.
They wont tell u at the time of contract that maintenance is done by another entity they call it as Land lord.. I live in Hamdan AD 1092 appartment.. the Airconditioning will be never rectified here...
U may see this no one will reply for this review here...

Not the best property management service in the town. You need 3 to 4 appointments to see an employee only to tell you that she will talk to her boss and get back to you!
