I really like to have a cup coffee in this peaceful kind of place. They have very special beans that makes you come back again. I'd like to see the lady's making our sweets and drinks with joyful energy. Professional staff and very attentive, thumbs up for excellent service.

Nice place to seat on. Have some cakes, snacks and drinks. Suitable for a coffee Lover. They served very special coffee. Very good service and welcoming staff.

Best coffee shop in Deerfield mall.
There is a lot of newspapers and magazines so we enjoyed reading, drinking hot Mocha, and the chocolate cake!

I have just finished my trip and had a great experience! Lovely driver who had friendly personality, good chat for the 20 minute ride making it feel a lot quicker. Clean car, smooth and safe drive. A - B quickly. Uber could learn something about this service!

My friends (from another County) used this taxi firm last night after asking the (extremely respectable) restaurant we had dined in to call a cab. They travelled from Writtle to Pontlands Park (15 mins) just after 11pm - & were charged £43!!! They do this trip fairly regularly and it’s generally £20-£25. The driver was very argumentative when the price was queried and no meter was running. They have reported the driver to Chelmsford Council. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Read all the other reviews! We have suggested the restaurant remove this company from their call list. Didn’t even want to leave 1 star but can’t post this without!

I used this cab company last night for the first and last time. We got charged £18 for a cab which would normally only cost £8 to £10 from Springfield to Moulsham street. They tried to justify there price by saying they had to collect from 2 addresses about a 2 minute drive away from each other. I would say avoid at all costs.

Booked a taxi return journey online and received booking confirmation order that the journey total far is £12. Taxi arrived for the first trip on time so thought everything was fine. Was then told that one way journey was £15 and same journey back would be £17.50 despite being before midnight. Refused to pay full fare as had email confirmation of our booking and fare and the driver said it's not his problem and called the office who said...yeah we don't really deal with the online bookings. I told them they need to start dealing with it if they can take bookings through their website they need to honour their pricing. On top of that they had dropped us at the wrong place! 3 1/2 miles from where we needed to be for a wedding. Phoned them back was told that's where we had told them to go (it wasn't) and nothing they can do now. Needless to say we cancelled return journey and will NEVER use this company again. Absolutely disgusting price hikes and terrible customer service

We ordered 3 taxis to pick us up at 12 at the Marconi club. However they only sent 2 taxis. Leaving me and the rest of my family stranded with no way of getting home. And when we phoned the company they refused to acknowledge that we had ordered 3 taxis (despite having order confirmation of the 3 taxis) and they didn't help and send another taxi. Just to be clear this not a review of the drivers but how the company is run. Overall the service was a disgrace and the customer service was awful and we'll never use this company again.

Disgusting "business", tried to charge me £150 up-front for a short trip from the uni and verbally threatened and abused me because I enquired about starburger. Would like to see what HMRC uncovers about this dodgy little firm.
