Saw dr today with my daughter who is 19. The room was tiny and for some reason had 3 members of staff, my daughter has anxiety and started panicking, asked for door to be opened and they refused. Dr tried to stop her getting out of chair, had no idea how to talk with her at all. She was referred to A&E no problem at all, staff were amazing.

Staff in urgent care were great. Checked I was being seen to when I had been there for a while, all the staff were polite and helpful. Radiology was super efficient and I really appreciated everyone’s friendly attitude and help!

I recently attended the Urgent Care Centre with my three year old daughter. I was really impressed by the service offered by the staff on duty and the speed at which she was treated. She was given medicine to help her breathing and we were given an appointment for later in the day to monitor her progress. The two doctors that examined her were very professional and showed concern and empathy towards us. Completely recommendable.

Would have rated higher if it wasn't for the lecture I got off "*****" the urgent care practitioner when booking in at reception about how I should be seeing my GP for my symptoms.
I'm not one to go to the Doctors for fun either so I went for good reason. I went to urgent care late afternoon as I work various night shifts so obviously going to my GP was somewhat difficult and I presumed getting my chest checked would not be an issue at an out of hours care availability being 24/7.
Anyway apart from that the Doctor I saw was great. Thorough with my symptoms and gave me a good explanation regarding my concerns so 5* for the care but not for poor attitude at reception.

Went on Sunday to get a ring cut off my finger.only waited ten minutes until I was seen.the cut was tricky due to the age and actual thickness of it.However the man persevered and it did come off in the end.Many thanks to whoever's he was my hand now feels so much better.My personal rating for the staff is 10/10.well done all,I hope the head of darlington nhs is reading this.

Went there with my son and saw a Dr. Mark Wells. he was amazing. good to find people enthusiastic about their jobs

Absolute farce if you go to the walk in centre at the hospital it's like a cattle market
Last time I went I was finding it hard to breathe I was expected to wait 3 hours to see a doctor
I have copd and have had a horrendous chest infection
When you used to go to Dr piper house you were seen quite quickly now its blood tests etc
I'm not a child I know I'm not well
Won't be going again progress not

Shocking waited from 06:30 till staff turn up for work. Then wait again This is not urgent care and is not 24 hour.
