The hotel boasts an exquisite ambiance and enjoys an ideal location, surrounded by vibrant attractions, diverse dining options, and bustling shopping centers. The hotel offers highly competitive rates, making it a compelling choice. I made reservations for two rooms for myself and my children, and one of the rooms was graciously upgraded at no additional cost to meet our expectations. The hotel staff epitomizes exceptional hospitality, consistently displaying warmth, friendliness, and readiness to assist at any given moment. The establishment prioritizes guest satisfaction and places emphasis on cultivating meaningful experiences, going beyond mere financial considerations. Unfortunately, there is no electric vehicle charger available at the hotel, and I hope that one will be added soon as it would be a valuable addition to the hotel.

I work online and I'm always worried of having a small room, but the room with very big, easy for me and my wife to work at the same time, internet was great, breakfast is very diverse, even during the crowded holiday time the service was still great.

Location is reasonably in the center depending what are your plans, we didn't have any issues according to our plans.

Staff was very helpful all the way and helped receive some valuable items from Amazon and kept it safe when I wasn't around.

Buffet managers are always smiling and making you have a great start to the day.

Definitely recommended.

The receptionist at the front desk, Abdul Haq was very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the service provided as I was able to check in swiftly and smoothly. I was also very happy to be provided with a free upgrade. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this hotel to others. I will pass.

Highly recommended. Our best stay in UAE. Swimming pool and spa area included within the price. Breakfast was amazing. So many options and everything with a good taste. Kind staff. Our room was so nice, clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was quiet. No smell of cigarettes inside the hotel. Perfect stay! Unfortunately we could stay only 1,5 nights. But could imagine more days there without any problem.

We recently went at this hotel and I have to say, my experience was far from satisfactory. The male reception staff at the hotel were extremely unprofessional and lacked proper etiquette training when it comes to handling good customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as if we were ignorant, and even going so far as to treat us of being potential trespassers.
The hotel's checking measures were also excessive, to the point where it was clear that we were not trusted as guests. Despite leaving the ID cards, we were thoroughly checked every time we entered and left the hotel, making it clear that our privacy were not valued.
To make matters worse, the reception staff member went as far as to threaten to call the local authorities if their demands were not met. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left us feeling intimidated and unwelcome.
Overall, the staff's power tripping behavior and lack of hospitality training for guests made it clear that this hotel is not deserving of its 5-star rating.

Out of all the hotels we have stayed in, this one has provided us with the worst customer experience so far.

I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice and consider other options. Don't let this hotel ruin your itinerary vacation.

Mr. Avton is a very professional person, he is really giving amazing service to all gusts , he had made check in for three rooms in front of me in short time and gave all assistance and shared all needed information. Hotel is having good big rooms and very clean.
Location is nice .
For Money value is the best choice in Abu Dhabi .
I stayed there two times and i will go there again soon.
With regards to the parking its available with vallet parking service which gives more comfort to all guests .
Also thanks for Mr. Patrick from reception

Excellent. From the comfort of the bedroom to the quality of the breakfast to the ease of the location. This place is great value, especially for an expensive place like Abu Dhabi. Special thanks to Raghy in the restaurant, he deserves full credit for attention he gives to customers. Thanks too to the guy managing the gym/ pool (didn’t catch his name). A really friendly guy. Indeed, the staff in general are so friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here when back in Abu Dhabi.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. The staff from the reception to cleaning to restaurant were all very helpful. I was there with my 83 year old mom and the hotel stay left a very pleasant memory . The food, especially the breakfast buffet was awesome.
