No prescription text received so I called them and they told me they were ‘looking for it’. A lady told me she’d get back to me but didn’t. 3 phone calls later they admitted they didn’t have it and if I didn’t know who I spoke to it was tough. (Not rocket science to find out when you have a small premises). The pharmacist didn’t apologise, he wouldn’t find out who I spoke to and left me on a weekend without vital medication. Miserable, unhelpful staff who don’t admit their failings and don’t care about your predicament they caused. If I could give zero stars I would…..they’re clearly in the wrong business. Avoid if you want a decent service. Oh and woe betide if they do manage to prepare your prescription and you don’t turn up pronto……you’ll be berated publicly in front of customers.

UPDATE: The doctors sent it over 2 weeks ago. Rowliars Pharmacy strikes again ????

Curt, ignorant staff, with zero customer service skills. Lose prescriptions, don't bother delivering prescriptions when ordered and speak to you like you're ruining their day by asking a basic question. Save yourself the bother and visit a decent chemist.

Never answer the phone tryed for the last 3 days phone just rings and rings checked number to confirm and the one I call is correct

So booked online for flu jab for my elderly vulnerable gran, who can't mobilise as well as she used to. On the day of the flu jab I recieved a reminder text for the appointment. Upon arrival we get told that the flu jabs aren't being done on that day, showered them the confirmation email and reminder texts. The were incredibly rude, and had no empathy, and just said the the computer says no, and blamed head office for not blocking out the system for flu jabs. Do not go here and do not book flu jab with them. Also called head office numerous times left voicemails and still no call back

Again last week issues collecting a prescription, total lack of customer care, and then again 14 days later my wife having similar issues, Dr issued prescription you haven’t texted us as promised and we are away from today and your closed. Phone is of the hook unable to contact you. Totally inconveniencing every one again. Total incompetence

Under normal circumstances this chemist would always get a 5 star rating. However today my experience was less than satisfactory. It was grey and raining and fairly difficult to see inside the shop. The lady in front of me went in and on her exit i entered only to be informed in a rather surly manner that there were already 2 customers in the shop. I offered to go back out and wait but was told I could stay. If she was allowing the rules to be bent then her attitude should have been less confrontational.

This pharmacy is run bye Laurel and Hardy .they never have your prescription Even though you ordered it from your doctors for five days before.then when they do have it they either haven’t got the items or you only get half of your order and have to go back for the rest staff miserable and not very helpful there seems to be more staff than customers terrible service hey just don’t want to help you will not ever use it again

Pleasant & helpful staff who must be run off their feet at the moment but kindly text me to confirm delivery of my prescription which wasn't in stock and had to be ordered.
