Mohammed treated me very badly. I bought entire set and an extra bracelet as well as the prior week I bought more than 5 items and regular at other Jawharas from a long time ever since they were a kiosk. He spoke to me so Rudely, my ring came from the workshop for resizing it had black charcoal thing on it and the Pearl was stained even after he wiped it while giving me attitude the whole time . Instead of apologizing he kept being rude and told me oh I knew it wasn’t going to fit, I knew you should’ve gotten size 18.5 but I didn’t say anything. mind you my other ring purchased from there is a size 16 and I tried the ring measurements at the store and it was measured at 17. He also over charged me for the links but I paid him upfront and then later just asked the gold weight then he was extremely unprofessional and said it’s for also resizing the ring as he said they added gold which is not true as it was even lesser than before. I don’t recommend this Jawhara ever, go to Galleria mall/ Wahda Hamadan literally any jawhara is better than this one. Expect to be treated badly and berated even on large purchases and long customer history. Unprofessional attitude and mistreatment of customers . Unless you wanna leave in tears I don’t recommend shopping here

Visit today try use paypoint to top up electricity and men on counter said you need buy something to use pinpoint for minimum £1.99. Since when you need buy something to use paypoint ? Not recommended. Also poor quality fuel

Smashing wee garage outskirts of Dundee A90 heading towards Aberdeen. Key fuel as well as others. Good shop plenty on offer cracking coffee. Staff covid aware and rules and regulations enforced masks worn facilities OK and staff are very helpful and friendly

We stopped to your petrol station to get petrol and change our babys nappy while travelling and the toilets didn’t have a baby changing table. I end up have to change my baby on a floor of your car park. I think that’s unacceptable in 2022.

It's a good stop for my Costa coffee on a long late drive night. After 10pm though, they won't let you use the toilet. Not handy as I have a 'please help' card for toilet purposes. Still denied entry. I appreciate its for security reasons, but could another way be found?
Always pleasant staff.

Put £20 fuel in my car but when I went to pay I had lost my bank card and was really upset The manager/owner said I filled up without money on purpose! and had to get someone on the phone to pay or he would be phoning the police. I asked about a slip to leave my details and return with the money but as people haven't paid in the past I was tarred with the same brush and refused this option, saying that I had obviously done it before as I knew about this! I told him I used to work in a petrol station and that is how I knew. I had my 1 year old daughter in the car who was also upset at the nearly hour long hold up and an upset Mummy. So, with difficulty, I got someone on the phone to pay on my behalf but then he wouldn't serve me! Told his employee to swap customers and he was to serve me. The employee was a perfectly nice chap who looked apologetic for his managers behaviour. Left feeling disgusted and insulted and I won't be back.

I used work at this petrol station in the mid-90's, when it was Texaco. Always seemed to be the heart of the local community. The current owner is very nice and he has done lots of enhancements to the station to improve it ????
