I have shopped twice from Jawhara Yas mall and I had a great experience every time. I was helped by Sara and Mustafa. Both of them were very respectful of my budget and very knowledgeable about the current trends and fashion. I have found that other shops try to push you into buying more expensive jewelry, and can be stressful for an inexperienced buyer like me. Mustafa and Sara made me feel extremely comfortable. There is a huge selection to choose from. I don’t bother with any other shops now.

The girl Sara was helpful but the manager was not that flexible. I mean you are quoting way higher prices with almost no discount. I know there is mall rental and overheads but the profit of 350 for small bracelet is way too high that too excluding gold prices and making. No wonder this store is mostly empty and people go to gold souk and buy there.
