Been the best job to date in over 20 + years. Excellent IT Team with a can do attitude and a wealth of Knowledge. Terminal is expanding quickly and changes being made all the time to better the delivery of its key services

Mostly okay apart from a few things. No obvious proper toilets for drivers. If you're collecting a trailer from K compound and a boat has just come in, you'll have to wait in the queue for passport control to get back out and there is nothing to let you know where your trailer is if it says it's in 'HSH' on your paperwork (it's actually in 'E', but you have to work that out yourself). Gate staff and shunters are friendly enough and if you flag them down for help (no landing leg handle, trailer too low to get under etc), they are happy to assist.

no decent tolilets for drivers.
most shunter drivers are ok but 1 or 2 think they own the place racing round and never use indicators!! then give it gob when wagons are in front of them.
