I am thrilled to learn that Joe and the Juice has opened in Abu Dhabi.

Since I frequently visit the branch in Yas Mall, I can confidently say that, in addition to my favorite drink and sandwich, I also appreciate the excellent service from the welcoming staff members. My first encounter was with Spencer who is very sweet and jolly, and later, I got to know Mark, Colleen, and Jena, who all provide equally amazing service. I must add that both Mark and Spencer also provide excellent food and drink recommendations. I cannot thank them enough for not only the great food but also the excellent service.

Nice location inside Yas mall in front of H&M, quality of food is not that special, all the sandwiches are very cold they are not warming them after preparing, we ordered sandwiches, salad , coffee and juices, high prices compared to the provided service and quality of food, the coffee was nothing but water with sugar, salad was not good, staff needs to be trained, they need to pay attention to the cleanliness while preparing food, to change gloves with every order, not using the same gloves for everything. They have 10% discount if you will order from their app, in general its a one time visit for us.

Our second visit to this Joe and the juice, and it is way off the mark from other JOES we have visited. Seems the staff are under trained and dont understand the menu, the quality or what JOES should be. Normally you'd expect some experienced staff opening a new branch. I actually feel bad for the staff. There were 9 working behind the counter and not one was smiling or looked happy. JOES should be a happy place for employees to work.

Coffee is weak and poor to average and the juice seems like mostly water and lots of foam....not great

It's a shame as we love Joe and the Juice in other countries we have visited. This place needs some mentoring from JOES experienced people/leadership for training and culture.

Also...the chairs are very itchy. The whole experience is lacking. It's very sad, as we loved JOES in other countries...

The first experience and it was a good tuna sandwich but it is a normal tuna sandwich that you can make at home maybe it’s best sandwich can eat outside home and the bread was good and the cappuccino tasted good

I forgot to take pictures because I was too excited for the food and drink! Ordered the Turkey sandwich and the “Sports Juice” which were both amazing. Mark was lovely assisting us and making sure our orders were correct. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited Joe & the juice restaurant and was disappointed with my experience. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly, the juice I ordered was overpriced and underwhelming.

Firstly, the price of the juice was quite high compared to other juice bars I have visited. I was expecting a high-quality, nutrient-packed drink for the price, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Secondly, the juice itself was not what I expected. It consisted of one third juice and two thirds foam, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a refreshing and satisfying drink, but instead, I was left with a frothy and unsatisfying concoction.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this juice restaurant. While the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, the overpriced and foam-heavy juice left me feeling unsatisfied. I would not recommend this restaurant to others looking for a quality juice experience.

I had my 3rd visit this week since the opening of Joe & the Juice in Yas Mall, and it was great! My go to order is the Spicy Club.

The closest entrance to it would be from Yas Mall valet/ VIP parking. Keep in mind that the security will let you pay for the valet as they don’t allow drivers to stop their cars to pick up orders from Joe & the Juice.

My recommendation would be to order your sandwiches/ drinks from the app for takeaway/ pickup as it’s faster than standing in queue.

It would also be great if Joe & the Juice offers delivery on Deliveroo to areas in Yas Island.

It was a very good experience especially with all the Filipino staff. I love the freshness of the ingredients. It was a very hot day and I was refreshed while drinking strawberry-kiwi juice! Awesome!
