Many sweets and cake items available in Grand Bakes. I loved and tried almost all the items. I am a frequent customer.

Grand Bakes is a good bakery. The products they provide is amazing in quality. Products can range from chocolates, bread, sweets, nuts and cakes. Parking is free and available. The only issue i can see in Grand Bake is its price. Often when i go to grand bakes it is pricey. You are often faced to pay 30 DHS to above 100 DHS on a visit. I only wish it returns to the old affordable prices

Prices are high, some products are good, the problem is very unprofessional and unfriendly staff (they don't know how to behave with customers). Very unpleasant environment.

I have tried it several times am confident to give five stars mostly for mini bakery and ma7shy al kromb affordable prices with very good quality.
Different choices to meet your desire. Grand Bake is our first and best choice everytime we have a party ????

Varities of cakes and desserts are unseen in other bakeries. Umm al Nasr is a must try

The worst customer service I have ever received it we ordered an amount of 187 AED when I received a call I asked them to put fresh food there as I noted in the order but the staff started raising his voice by telling me listen to me this is what we have for one week before and hang out the phone and after I asked for manager and imagine the same very rude and no experience this is what we have for one week before I don’t understand how khuloud almaleh advertise for them I ordered pizza it has tomatoes imagine this for one week before any way this is uae and there is costumer right here this is them job Ajman branch by the way

I loved their coffee also their parata bread. the place full with different products that you need for meals for gatherings or occasions.
