Last week I purchased my ps5 from Jumbo branch in Dalma Mall and in home I found that ps4 cds are not working on ps5 then tried to find the nearest Jumbo service center to fix the issue and I was really hesitant to take it to Musaffah branch when I saw a lot of negative reviews but they were really professional and gave a very good support. They said this may take 2 to 3 working days but actually it took one day only. Also, there was no need to call them because the issue can be tracked from tge link they sent by sms. Thank you Jumbo service team.

I got camera removed for my Samsung S22 and A50 handsets on 26-jan-23 service case registration number 20503852 & 3857.
While removing the camera of S22 phone rear panel was broken
Jumbo technician said he will order and replace. In meantime I went to offshore and couldn't get rear panel fixed .
When I came back today to Jumbo, the technician Chandra is terminated and new person is telling I need to pay for replacement of new part. Which I think isn't justified if the same technician is not there.
Anyways I got the same work done outside at 15% of cost. Thank you Jumbo service center for refusing to take up my job.

I applied for salaama service which i was told i can purchase and i will get replacement or 80% amount voucher to buy new from zumbo, but in real salaama dosent allow you such service, my laptop broken and i am not getting any voucher or replacement, it is major damaged and for repair it will take time i am not getting support, my work also effected, i will not suggest anyone to go for zumbo or salaama insurance, please be careful...

I was about to pay more than 1000AED, for a screen protector replacement!

My flip z 3 had a crack looking in the middle with a big bubble around it.

Jumbo samsung "expert" told me the cost will be 1150, I refused, then later I thought maybe it's the screen protector not the screen itself.

So I removed the protector and the screen was fine!

Last time I buy from jumbo. ????

My BOSE QC Earbuds stopped working 2 months after purchasing them. I went to Jumbo Service center where they checked them and found that the issue can not be fixed. After checking my receipt they got confirmation from BOSE to replace them and I was given a new pair. Whole process lasted around 15 min. Very happy with quick and efficient resolution

Very bad experience with customer services, they are very good when you want to buy but after getting the problem in the item its become a nightmare

Food was excellent but couldn't get anyone's attention for more drinks or desert. Would be helpful to order through an app or go up to the bar to order. Food was excellent though!

The service was so great that it felt family run. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was amazing too.

First time here. First thing I noticed was the big smile and warm welcome from the staff.

Breakfast was lovely. I went for the full works breakfast bap - 2 sausages, 2 bacon, 1 egg, mushroom and 2 hash browns - which was lovely. The bacon was nice and thick. It wasn't crispy, though, so you should ask for that when ordering if it's important to you.

No hand pulled real ales but a couple on tap. Only problem is the price of drinks. £3.50 for a mocha and £3 for a HALF of IPA, which seems a bit steep.

I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Fantastic.

Steak and ale pie for a Sunday roast. Wife had the beef which was cooked perfectly. Great portion.

We were on a weekend away and knew we wanted to try a meal here as we saw the place last time we were in Cleethorpes. We were not disappointed, roast beef dinner with all the trimmings and a side of cauliflower cheese ???? a must for any foodie, well deserved 5 stars. We will book again next time we visit Cleethorpes.

Have breakfast with a mate regularly always enjoy the food. Still loving the breakfast and a nice coffee after. Always good service and clean and tidy

The food was lovely the place was ok, we sat in the sports bar, but the staff was slow in taking orders, I would have understood if they where major busy but they weren't and and they had 3 waiting staff on
