Nice sized houses, extremely poor management of snags. After almost a year still around 20 snags outstanding. Quality of the plaster and decorating is the equivalent of a toddler's skills. Quality of the roads are appalling. None existent customer care

If Gleeson Homes was a meal, it would be an undercooked steak, with raw chips, and a peppercorn sauce made of tomcats wee. I honestly wouldn't have one of thier houses for free. I'm not saying this to be clever or funny. I honesty have seen the amount of no love that goes into building these houses, and the fact they build in such rough areas in cities and towns just puts me off in an instant. I'm sick of tiling these 'council houses' because you can all do better. Atrocious builder. Fact.

Great well built and clean housing est not too sure about the driveway situation been half tarmac nd half stone. But still a great site

Very poor site management. Nothing gets done. Terrible ASB issues. Do not buy a home here.
