However, recently I have noticed a change in the atmosphere when I go shopping there.
Today, when I visited, I could really sense the difference. The shop employees were not helpful when I asked for assistance in finding the items I needed. They seemed frustrated and dismissive, claiming they didn't have much in stock. I wondered if this was an issue with the way the shop the visual merchandiser, but I experienced a similar lack of cooperation at the cash counter. The woman working there was also angry and spoke to me rudely. This contrasted greatly with my memories of the old K.M trading. It's something that will always be in my mind, and I believe it's time for me to explore other shopping outlets.

Being a regular customer of KM Trading, clock tower building, I placed a home delivery for a Clothes Stand, the person from Household section refused initially and I told him I am a regular customer and I can not come as I am sick and I stay in your opposite building, he then said okay. But after that phone call there is no response. I tried to call them in their official landline and no one is picking.
I'm done. Will not order anythiny from KM Trading now.

Negative:- Less offers, Very bad smell on Fish area and fresh meat area, we cannot even walk through that area...
