Amazing lovely sea food experience

Fabulous beautiful gardens.

Took a 5K walk round the gardens and was amazed at the diversity of nature.

Lovely views on the high points.

No access to the house but the gardens and woods are definitely worth a visit.

The blue bells walk was superb.

Some fantastic and magnificent Redwood trees ???? one over 170 years old planted in 1853!

Also lovely cafe with good food and good coffee etc.

Toilets and disabled parking.

Hope the photos do it justice…

Highly recommended.

Lovely gardens and plenty of space to walk. The castle looks very impressive and you can also visit the small chapel in the grounds. There is a cricket pitch and what a location to play and watch a game

Always have such a wonderful day here! It is one of the only dog friendly estates in the area so your 4 legged friend can enjoy the parklands and gardens too. Each year we visit we always see something new, they continuously care for and evolve the beautiful gardens into something not short of spectacular and there are lovely walks, from short to lengthier to enjoy. Lovely friendly tea room serving snacks, cakes and other refreshments too.

Beautiful. One of the best gardens ive seen . So much to look @ and behold! After years of "must visit",was delighted @ the wonderfully kept gardens So glad i came here.

Plant sale of unusual plants is always worth a visit for gardeners and visitors.
The gardens themselves are well maintained. Spoke to one of the staff who was very enthusiastic about gardening.

The entrance was quite confusing but the castle looks really nice. It’s an amazing place to host festivals. Weak mobile network will make you stay away from the phones and enjoy the beauty of the place.

Visited for a car show. Took in the gardens while there, been many times before truly stunning location.

Beautiful, peaceful. Nice morning wander with the family. Pot of tea slice of cake in the sunshine. castle not open to visitors.
