Best place to get your car's all service needs in very reasonable prices. On top of that car recovery service is also available with them in very reasonable prices. They are giving castrol engine oil for vey cheqp price. Their work is very clean and smooth. Both the person there Yasir and Usman both are really friendly and will guid you A to Z so you won't waste unnecessary money on car. Also they suggest me always cheap and best ways to repair my car. Definitely recommending it to every one to give it a try

I went for the AC issue of the Ford Edge 2012 model and the brake issue. I am satisfied with the service, seems they do no cheat and do a fair service and the quality of work is good as well. Mr. Sajid and Mr. yasir communicate well and know how the repairs and troubleshooting is done. The charges are fair as well. I would recommend them for ford cars especially.

Waste of time and overpriced like crazy, they do not take proper pictures. Came to view a car which looked mint online however in person was very shocked and appalled. Not very helpful staff either. Avoid at all cost!

Where do I start? Bought a car from here all seemed sunshine and roses till the car developed a serious fault after less than a week of ownership, after returning the car to them they quickly cleared the fault codes and told me it would be ok and if the fault returned to bring it back they would clear the codes again no fault diagnosis at all and not interested in repairing it whatsoever. Asked for a refund and they kept £295 admin fees which is a rip off. They also took my old car in part ex and gave me £300 for it and they had it up for sale the next day for £1495 I know there were some issues with it that were not sorted . Avoid this seller at all costs. Very poor service indeed.

Reporting them to trading standards. I bought a car here, but there were various issues with the car and also how the process was handled. Also, several reviews look fake as mentioned already. Please be aware before buying from here.
• They took payment before I was presented with the invoice and T&Cs.
• They did not change the registered keeper when I bought the car.
• The car had a bad injector, which they did fix (although at this stage I had requested a refund).
• They charge an admin fee when you request a refund. When there is a fault with the car you are entitled to a full refund according the the Customer Rights Act.
• Lastly, there were various issues with the car: windscreen wiper fuse had gone, indicator lights had water coming in, scuttle board was loose, locking wheel nut key was missing and of one injectors was bad (which was fixed). I appreciate you buy a car as seen, however, when buying the car from a dealer I would expect some added value here and that the car is checked and prepared for sale.

I went to go see a Peugeot 207 on Saturday 4th of March From TileHill Carz. The owner was very informative and honest with his responses about the state of the car (which is second hand and 13 years old what else would you expect). He informed me of a wheel problem and that he would get it sorted before it came to me, which I thought was rather good of him. Took the car for a test drive as well and it performed as well as expected for an aging car.
We decided to purchase the car and went though all the paper work side no problem and arranged to pick it up on Monday mid-day. The experience on the Saturday was exceptional and a credit to their company.
The Monday came and unfortunately the car took longer then expected to get sorted with a wheel alignment, I had already set off into Birmingham by train to go pick the car up and was stranded for hours waiting. This was not the car dealers’ fault more mine for setting off too early without confirmation. TileHill Carz was very kind to offer an alternative due to the complication in the pick up which was to drop the car to our address once it was ready, which I found was an extremely good gesture on there part.
Once the car got to us, we checked it over all seemed to be in working order. However the log book wasn’t with the car and so would need to be sent over via both picture and through post.
I also had to do a bank transfer for the money which I would normally hate to do but due to showing signs of good trust worthiness I decided to go with it. We had the car and just needed the log book, which was agreed will be with us first thing in the morning Tuesday in order to do our road tax.
With in 30 minutes of opening I had received the information needed to complete my road tax and Log book in the post.
Over all the company I found was very professional, well spoken and helpful. Helped with things that didn’t go to plan. Thank you

Went to view a BMW 5 Series (520d). Spoke with Ash on the phone and arranged to view the car (on a Sunday afternoon). Throughout he was very thorough about the car’s history and specification and allowed a test drive without supervision- no pressure whatsoever or wavering over my shoulder which I very much welcomed.

Absolutely diabolical. Don't know who the man was that eventually turned up but was more interested in playing with his phone than selling us a car. Car was a death trap and he just kept saying but it was a part ex. I am going to report them to trading standards. If I could give them no stars I would

Got a car from them last year.
Breaks were shot, exhaust fell off due to rust within 2 months and the clutch is now going, even though they told me it had a new one fitted.
Repairs have cost me more than the car at this point.

Bought a red Vauxhall Corsa from them, they were the worst company I ever dealt with! Don't buy from this people! They mislead me into buying a faulty car! They said the car was in perfect condition and after I drove it the 1st time you could hear some noise. Also there was a leak and after few days the gearbox wasn't working. I am very unhappy. They finally collected the car and refund me but not the full amount they kept £295 admin fees which I think it was unreasonable.
