I ordered dynamite meal for my iftar and the fries came all stale and old???? and the chicken wasn’t tasty but more dry. I didnt enjoy my iftar at all because i was tired and the food didnt taste good. Never ordering from here again.

We are order today at kfc al jimi mall around 11:30pm
And they said all ready close but online the timings is 1am close so how come they close around 11pm and iwill ask why is close the answer is yes close already.

Must be improve, for customers service
Because when I order the food she has very unprofessional she not even welcome customer. Like I talk with the air, she not reply anything just moody face only, what's wrong with her? If she doesn't like the job why you still work For ? And spread your sheap attitude to the customer,
And the manager or supervisor should give her warning, not just like Do nothing when you see the reviews,

Pepsi cup was served dirty by staff name (Christina) .
The dynamite burger as shown in the picture was not exactly same when they give you.

The worst KFC branch i have bought from in my life, because of this branch i really hate KFC at all , specially the new Indian lady ( very small lady ) in the cashier she should not even stay in KFC 1 day more she is really stupid, even my order she didn’t gave me correctly many times not only one time,
