Ordering machine is slow and the cashier even tells you to order through it even if you are the only customer at the time. Actual service is slower, items always incomplete plus the gravy is watery. Management in this branch should be changed

I ordered via the application at 9 PM. Waited 2 hours for anyone to contact me regarding delivery then I called them myself. They told me they were going to contact the delivery person and ask him to contact me. When he called he told me it was going to take another 40 minutes I told him it was unacceptable he laughed and closed the call on me! Called them again to issue a cancellation and ask for a refund NO ONE HELPED ME THEY ALL TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR THE ORDER!

It’s 1:15 AM now the delivery person isn’t picking up the phone and the service call center is not helping at all. Apparently I annoyed them too much when I called to ask about my order which is 4 hours and a half hour late to qualify to get the meals. They Could’ve set the branch to busy in the application if they are that busy (other competitors do when they are busy). I don’t know if I’m getting a refund at all. Never ordering again!

They don’t prepare food properly. Very very slow. One staff is talking in phone 5 minutes keeping the customers waiting long.

This KFC serve fresh and hot junk food like other outlets. Quick service. Delivery is always cherry on cake. Neat and hygiene place.

KFC Bawadi was our first choice since 4 years of their taste and staff dealing, last Eid holiday because of rush all the place was mess, staff Cashier want us to wait for an hour(11pm aprox.)not in a pleasing way which annoyed us we left the place to KFC opp to Al Ain hospital they sevrved us friendly even though they were super crowded that time (11.25 pm ).

The staff is very miss behaving staff you have specially the manager one nepali guy when we enter at 11:10 they said in nepali language to the cashier tell them we don’t have any thing get them out a very bad treating to the customer
