I order by application. I pay full payment. When i arrive to pickup my order. The manager told me to pay extra money. I told him. I pay all ready. I don't know what that's. But looks like some kind of cheating

I ordered your food but I received damaged food. Also, it's not a neet packing. A few days ago I had the same issue. I thought kfc delivered good food. It's not good for me, hope you fix that.

I ask delivery to area in al ain. It been send to al foah mall branch. They called me and tell they cannot deliver to me my order. I check my app and what the heck. the order is delivered. Where? Even 1 pc fries I didnt received anything. Where is my money? Its been 10 days and my money not return what is this?
