I don’t recommend al safer mall khalifa KFC
They keep customer waiting for so long
No one at the reception
At that I was the one who ordered
I canceled my order immediately
Very poor customer service
It was around 2.15-2.30pm
2023/04/03
Supervisor or owner please consider about customer service
Al safer mall khalifa KFC branch already got many bad reviews.
I will not go to that place again

Asked for all spicy fries none was given. Order was 6 pcs chicken, and zinger burger combo. Not even a single piece of ketchup in the bag, no dip potatoes. Ordered 4 breads, none was given and not added in bill too thankfully. I guess it all depends on the staff. Overall a bad experience.

Every time, as in EVERYTIME i ordered rice meal, the sauce was all over the rice when i received it..guys c'mon...you can do better than this...this is so disappointing and annoying as well...just because it was ordered by delivery you will messed up someones food
