This place made us feel like home. The service and the view is splendid. I would like to give my sincere gratitude to Mr Roger for his kind service and support! Giving us an upgraded view and a late checkout was so surprising. And I couldn’t be more happier because that was given in prior to any request because he understood that we had a late check in and we needed some time extra. You made everything feel like one call away! May you receive the recognition you deserve Mr Roger with a happy smile!
Spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view with everything you need!

Great location, accessible to mall and Bay Area.

Room windows are small, literally a square feet window.

Lobby is not spacious but the archivier and railing to stairs, up-to mezzanine floors are nice.

Food and drinks, not good, except fruits juices which freshly squeeze.

Pool and gym, nothing special.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel room was not quite as I expected. The room was small but clean. We were given a room with a sea view, but I didn't expect that the window would be small. There were 2 of us who checked in, but there was only 1 mug for the coffee. And the toiletries, towels were not complete. We had to request for more but had to wait till the next day to be given to us, only after asking about 3 to 4 times. They should have anticipated there were 2 guests checking in so they should have doubled them.
Their breakfast was good. And here I can say that the dining staff were friendly, and they were smiling at the guests.
Accessibility wise, the hotel is located right on the corner and you can access malls and bus stops nearby.
My only issue is that their TV was not a smart tv. I was hoping I would be able to watch more on You tube, or at least pair my phone with the tv so I can watch my fave movies, but was not able to.

The seven day stay at Sheraton Khalidiya was very pleasant and the personnel very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the food was definitely at a higher standard than most eateries around town. Front office manager Abdul Hosn was very personable, friendly and helpful and gave warm interest in our well-being. Altogether a very good experience, thank you.

????I checked in today, ????was greeted politely and kindly. security is very courteous. the only negative is that you need to ask for everything (slippers, towels, small things, iron, drinking water) Tomorrow we'll wait and see what else is positive in this hotel. ????????????

Clean well organized rooms. Polite staff. Very good location. But I didn't give it a 5 stars for the following reasons:

1- They don't provide rainbow milk as other hotels do. I don't prefer the cremor provided by the hotel. They should get the rainbow small capsules for those who love tea with milk like me.

2- This is for room 1511. The bath tube sink was not working. Once you close the sink you can't open it again and water will fill in the tube when you take shower (picture attached).

I advise all who reads this NOT TO accept staying in room 1511

3- Parking is not free. You need to pay 15 dirham for one day.

The staffs are very accomodating, specially Roger from the reception. Room service guys are responsive and polite.
They allowed us to have a late checkout and that was very helpful because we have a baby.
Rooms are clean and have a nice city view.
Our first stay last Feb 2023 was good so we came back a month later; and had even a better experience thanks to Roger.

Nice place to stay, big room with nice view on corniche side.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Roger, he is very accommodating.
He help us to make our stay very comfortable. Thumbs up to Roger.
