Sainsbury's shopping centre are located close to the Gallagher, on the opposite side of the roundabout. Quite big car park, petrol station, then KFC and Iceland nearby. Good place for shopping, open till 8 pm. Good experience with a cash machines and Pick up Point.

Quality product. Checkout are really fast. Separate section for own scanners shoppers. Really good place compare to others

Charged full price for reduced items, only realised when getting home. Contacted them and refused refund or voucher to use in store and only nectar points. I don't use nectar so not useful for me, poor customer service.

This store is no more, it shut its doors on 17th of Feb 2023 after almost 3 decades. Will be missed...

I have been going to this store since it opened 34 years ago. It's a great shop and staff are friendly and helpful. Pls don't close it!

Clean tidy store with helpful staff and great selection of foodstuff. The home section is lovely with lots of Habitat products. Shame the cafe has now shut as it was very useful having toilets at the back of store instead of now being just at the front after the checkouts.

Went into sainsburys earlier today, used the store app 1st time .
I asked a staff member who was working there but had no name badge on her.. I asked if I could scan my items here and showed her the store app on my phone within 3 seconds she points at customer service till, even though I was waiting at the self service tills with only 2 customers in front of me. I ended up wasting 6 mins on customer services till then to be told go to a normal till, then waited another 10 odd minutes.. this shopping should of been done in 4 mins if the woman on the self service till said yes use these where am working but no she did the opposite and you can tell she just don't like working there as her own work colleague told me she prefers to work in the petrol station and the self service tills is not her usual place of work..

The supervisor was understanding and i raised my concerns to her. I asked to speak to the manager.

The manager came along and listened to my concern, she didnt mention her name. My shopping experience supposd to be fast and quick with this app but turned out to be long and horrible due to this staff member.

My advice to sainsburys is this sharondeep or sharanjeet who misled me, could do this to other customers.
