For details read here! Regardless what Khidma Claims for being business friendly or helpful, They actually know nothing about the word "Khidmah" at all.. Snail or a Tortoise is faster than them. As their customer I strongly condemn their style of service and poor work ethics and extremely slow service. I have no Idea why Sky Tower has partnered with them to provide service. For any maintenance to any thing coming to our offices, we have to get their permission and they don't even care about the impact on business because of their slow process. A simple process which should hardly take 10 minutes easily requires 1 to 2 days with Khidmah.
