After they let me paid money , More than 20 days I waiting khidmah to come to do the maintenance , everyday call them no one come till now , very bad company

Was advised by my buidling security in Ansam to call them for an urgent water leakage problem in my ceiling. The plumber came within one hour and advised the water heater needs to be changed, which I alrwady knew. Asked them to do it urgently and I would pay, the response was that I will need to wait until the plumber sends the report (hand-written) to their supervisor, then they will send a quotation and then I will have to pay and then they'll do it. I asked to do it urgently, the response was that I will need to wait for a few days! Paid 210 aed for what I already knew! Also the call center representative (Khaled) is conpletely unhelpful. Worst service ever and money wasted!!! Do not use them!

Not that good service and they have serious issue with timing ( I took a day to stay at home for an appointment at 10:30 am, no one show up till 2:30 pm, and this was after two phone calls complaining about it). the job was suppose to be started a month ago as well.

Worst team ever. Always late (by months) and always closing actions without properly fixing the issues. Once you pay, they will find a way to ignore you no matter what you so.

Very bad experience from security ???? in al zeina Abudhabi Al raha block A1 01 17/12/22 time 10.35 am I am from dubai and my vehicle is too high(pickup) so I can't park basmnt they didn't let me deliver I went back ! As they did not allow me, I called the customer and the customer requested me to hand over my phone to them, but they did not accept it.!

Khidmah has an app now that will allow you to book your service which is very convenient if they actually show up on time. You book a 2 hour slot and will have to wait an additional hour after the slot passes even if you call the call center to confirm that someone will be there within the time slot. Don't book here if you have somewhere you have to be because you will be delayed.

I would rate zero if I could. This company is irresponsible and purposefully make it difficult to reach them about service requests to the point where it is useless to try and you end up paying for nothing and doing the work with others or yourself. Not to mention the safety issues they don't care about, I've had a faulty fire alarm that's in need of a battery for over a month and this company can't even send someone to change that. Not to mention all the stuff we pay for in prepaid annual care for preventative maintenance which they never get to. Excuse after excuse when you're even lucky enough to get to speak with a rep from their team who are specialists in deflecting blame to the subcontractors they say are the issue.

All this left in my ceiling after kidmah (fixed) it. They even left food containers and a pack of cigarettes. Needless to say it attracted mice. The blue circle is a dead mouse that melted to the ceiling. These people aren't fit to maintain a toilet, let alone an entire building. They should all be fired from ceo to maintenance.
