I like Card Factory a lot & it's been my go to for a long time, can't remember where I got cards from before they arrived on the scene. Pricing has always been fair but lately prices have risen like everything else; I spend a lot of money here & find myself thinking can I get cards cheaper in Tesco? Probably not & I'll still continue to buy cards etc here. My mum makes home made cards but I can't ask her to make her own birthday card :-).
Good range of cards & have everything you need unless they run out of helium for balloons. Staff are friendly & nothing is too much trouble.

There were just 2 staff members on the tills, and they would also have to do packages, filling balloons etc, so it wasn't as quick, but they seemed very attentive and polite. I was pleased with the deals. I got 10 cards for £1, it was for a two year old, so didn't need anything expensive or wordy, really just needed a card to hold the cash:)

Love this specialist shop. Good quality cards for all occasions at reasonable prices.
They have a very good range of cards, & an extensive range of helium balloons.
Lots of wrapping paper, & a selection of gifts.
This branch is situated in the mall next to Tesco.

Service at the Card Factory is great. I've used it for balloon arrangements a couple of times recently and the staff were a great help. They helped me chose the colours/type of balloons and made up a couple of arrangements while I waited.

I am absolutely sick of buying cards that are sealed in selophane only to get home and find there is no envelope inside!
You expect to have to search for a matching envelope on loosed cards but not when they are sealed.
Sort it out Card Factory!

Place is always busy because of the great value. However there should be more staff. Also there were unmanned large boxes of cards on the floor which were hazardous. I walk with 2 crutches so it's hard for me to walk anyway without obstacles in the way. There was one member of staff who was on the till

I just have been cheated in that store! Bought 6 items and only 5 have been put in a bag. seems like no biggie but it is 55 min drive for me and I need it for tomorrow morning. Be very careful there
