They never call back if the shipment price change and if you call them they deny every details and ask for 1k more for shipment and on top of that if you ask for refund it took me 4 months to just get hold of them to give me and they didn't also they ask you to come to sign a papers and charge you 250 dhs extra ...

And about their manager he is top rude and keep yelling even if you talk to him nicely and his nose is high and will tell you to report him to the police if you could.

The staff in madina zayed branch [Abu Dhabi] are bad. First of all they don't know the rates properly and give confusing rates. The person who took my cargo [he is not a filipina, i think bangladesh national] is trying to charge me more with a incorrect information. The lady Ann corrected him and then he even took tips from me [so mean Dhs 2.50] for his tea and samosa.

Worst staff ever. I don't know why the management keep them. Those who answer are super rude and needs a course in English language and one in customer service and one in manners.

They gave a delivery date 3 weeks ago and yet nothing is delivered... they lie. And when you call to ask they are rude, ofcourse if they pickup
