It was the first time hiring a camper van and the whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. Mark was excellent at communicating, the booking was straight forward and Mark provided all the necessary information upon handover.
The VW had everything we needed, was spacious, comfortable and warm, perfect for navigating the roads of the NC500 and Isle of Skye.
Would highly recommend and will certainly book again in the future for another adventure.

Mark was very helpful and informative with his handover, not only was the Joa camp Motorhome brand new it totally suited our needs for an excellent trip to Northumberland . I would totally recommend hiring a Vehicle from Northallerton Motorhome Hire.

This was the first time we had hired a camper van so was pleased to find a business local to us. Mark did an excellent job of handover explaining all the relevant details from putting up the pop top to setting up the bed. The van was in excellent condition through out, very clean and with everything included from cutlery to outside chairs and sail. Having access to the camping and caravan club sites and Britstops was very useful for first time campers. Overall a very positive experience and we would certainly recommend Northallerton Motorhome Hire…we hope to be back next year for a longer adventure.

excellent customer service, was nice knowing you had somebody at the end of the phone if you had any problems.
motor home was as advertised, very clean and fully kitted out.
would definitely hire from mark again.

It was a pleasure to hire from Mark. He was very helpful and responsive. He also volunteered some great tips for the visit to Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moor national parks. It was a memorable trip and will undoubtedly recommend Northallerton Motorhome Hire and hire again.

Very well presented VW camper. As virgin camper travellers it was a memorable experience. The van was well equipped and very economical and a pleasure to drive.
I could not fault the service we received and look forward to further hires. Ideal vehicle for the sometimes narrow Scottish roads.

Trying out a campervan before we decided to buy our own. Mark has everything you could need in the van. Nice clean van and very economical on fuel. A lovely experience
