Love the staffs here as I have never had a bad experience with them so far. They are always warm and respectful when I visit as well as in phone calls. Getting an appointment at 8 is a pain but it's NHS and wouldn't expect more. The place is big, spacious and tidy, located in a very accessible place which makes life easier.

Brilliant surgery, I’ve recently joined Highwoods due to moving address and being pregnant I needed a surgery close by. The doctors, reception staff and management are so helpful. I spoke with Mandy the practice manager who helped me sort some documents out for work straight away. My appointment with my GP went fantastic, you can tell they really do care. Everything was explained in such detail it surprised me honestly. Really nice people and a great surgery!

we are a care home for adults with learning disabilities and have worked alongside Highwoods Surgery for the last year. In this time we have had a truly excellent level of service from reception, GP's, Prescriptions and especially Debbie the practice nurse who has a fantastic understanding of the people we supports needs but will make amazing reasonable adjustments to meet their needs and understands how difficult a medical environment can be!!! The professionalism, empathy and kindness is second to none!!!

I have only recently become acquainted with Highwoods Surgery through my job as a manager of a care home for young adults with learning disabilities but I would like to say that the service that we have all been given has been fabulous. As you can imagine in my line of work I have had interaction with many surgeries and this is by far the best. My clients have been looked after brilliantly. I would like to mention in particular Sara who has made my life infinitely easier with her help.

Surgery just keeps on improving. OK it's annoying having to phone repeatedly in the morning to try and get an appointment but when you do get through the receptionist have always been so helpful and always try to do what they can. Thank you for great service

Went to the doctor's surgery today because of experiencing a lot of physical pain and emotional pain ???? but the nurse debbie and the lady who made me a nice cup of tea sorry if I cannot remember your name but I wasn't listening so I'm really sorry for not listening to what your name please forgive me so 5 stars for you so thank you ever so much for making the feelings better

I have been in this surgery since 12 years. I had a really good care in the past however I am so upset the way they treated me recently. I urgently need to talk to my GP and I have been calling the surgery nonstop from 8am to 9am and I haven’t been answered most of the time is busy line. Sometimes even if it is ringing no body will answer.

If I call during the day and I got a line then the bearer appointment to just CALL the GP is after 2 weeks. I can’t hold this stress we are already suffering from everything is happening. Please find a way to get our phone answered.
