Conveniently located.
Air conditioned shelter with 2 seating benches.
2 seating bench outdoors under palm tree shade.
Dust bin.
Standing area with shelter.
However,
No Hafilat machine.

Disappointing visit there was a sale on ???????? was not expecting to see Jimmy Choo shoes in the sale for 1,299 after discount. The sale staff follows you around couldn't enjoy my visit will not be going again not for me I'm afraid.

All the staff seem to busy talking amongst themselves. Rude, arrogant, young generation that clearly think they are something they’re not because they work in an overpriced clothes stores where most of their stock is probably knitted by 10 year old Bangladeshi girls

I have logged a formal complaint in regards to a non-existing aftercare/returns/exchange policy and diabolical customer service at the Flannels store in Coventry.
This particular store is run by a mob of children with walkie-talkies and zero customer service skills.

I was subject to discrimination, unprofessional behaviour and what I deem as assault which should be evident on CCTV.

By carrying out research I have also found there to be a common theme amongst the mass negative reviews which indicates serious issues within the Flannels business model. Flannels appear to bring in revenue with a non-existent instore return/exchange policy as EVERYTHING is deemed WEAR & TEAR (even if it's still like new and only used one).
No wonder the stores are always empty.

I discussed my return with a supervisor called Kat, who in all fairness was as useful as a chocolate teaspoon.

Fortunately, I managed to log a formal complaint, which has resulted in re-training for the entire circus at Flannels Coventry. Taking my complaint all the way, I was also given a full refund.

Failing the above, my next steps were to either report to the Retail Ombudsmen, Retail ADR or worst case scenario settle in small claims.

Absolute horrible customer service. After knowing that I wanted to return item, they immediately became indifferent and refused to refund me cash. Just gave a cash coupon instead.

Ignorant staff. Was about to buy a balenciaga top, but didn’t because staff were too busy talking to security to even acknowledge I was asking questions. Avoid this flannels it lets everyone other flannels down

For the amount of money I spend here, the customer service is always horrendous. I am made to feel tiny and the staff are rude, unhelpful and may as well not. I do not shop here nor any other flannels store anymore.

The worst customer service I have ever received,
Went in store to purchase a pair of shoes and was told the lady would put them behind the counter, when I arrived home, there was two completely different shoes in the box and when I went to resolve this the staff were completely rude and unhelpful, taking me a whole argument just to get the other shoe from the pair in which I purchased!
Safe to say I will never spend another penny with this shop.

Brought some Nike trainers for £150 and after less than 6 months the foam started to sag. Customer services didn’t want to know and asked me to prove it was a manufacturer if fault.
