Ordered online. Reasonably expensive order. No delivery from DPD, almost zero help or refund from this lot. Would advise anyone to avoid ordering from here. Extremely poor customer service, and not at all a professional company. Will have to contact my bank to report, Will also contact trading standards

Great shop with plenty of top brands and excellent staff .I always shop there excellent shop. Shopped there again today staff great can't do enough for you. Selection of clothes is the best in Coventry by far.

After a long time i walked into Chameleon, felt welcomed in striaght away. Came in to buy pair of boss shoes and an Armani belt. The lady that helped me shop was great, helped me around to find what i needed. Great service throughout ! Thank you ,

The lads in this shop truly went above the level of customer service I would expect. Took us to a respectable tailor for alterations and gave honest opinions throughout. We will definitely return

I've bought as a Xmas gift shirt for my husband then Covid 19 affected us and just now on I tried to change(after national lockdown 31.12-12.04.2021)it but the managers and store staff attitude was very poor and I'm disappointed so far I won't be customer anymore.
