My friend, she found and picked me a pink rainbow flask to buy! It is very cute and very secure that the water won’t leak! It makes me smile and I’ve been using it every day since! I don’t have the brand of the flask but it does say “change the world” at the bottom of it ☺️????✨????

Rude manager! Selling makeup foundations and on them is written "neutral beige", "warm beige" ,"dark beige" etc etc so how am l supposed to imagine what that looks like? Both me and another woman was opening the boxes just to see the colors and the manager comes angry and says can't you read the sign? The sign said don't test, which neither me nor the other lady did. I asked her how am l supposed to pay you £15 on something that l don't know how it looks like? And considering is foundation, l can't just go home try it and return it isn't it??? And she said: go to specialised makeup shop if you want to see. So not just being rude but also invite me to basically go and shop somewhere else? Ridiculous!!

Nice variety of stock, service and speed of it was excellent only downside small children touching and picking up the easter items which were breakable whilst the adult they were with were on their mobile phone discussing what they had picked up and not paying attention and yes I did hear a smash as I had moved on....wonder whether that was paid for?....oh and the child was looking at the said person on their phone trying to get their attention before anyone asks rhe question how did I know they were together

A good outlet with a wide range of products. The staff are generally really polite but may forget to take off a security tag if the shops get really busy (had to double back a few times to take these off). They have a wide range of discounted clothes and shoes, while also having large home decor section and even some food and snacks.

Sometimes it may be worth comparing prices as RRP isn't always accurate but for most part good savings to be found if one has the patience to browse.

As TK Maxx is a shop where returns are quite common, be aware that earrings cannot be returned.

Ok items, greatly reduced prices, don't like giving refund though. Most of the skincare is unsealed, which they won't refund...

So disappointed service. Today I went to the store and wanted to make a return of a glasses worth 20.8 pounds I bought online. At first the counter return me a wrong number of £79.99 and I pointed out it’s not a right number and I should do received £20.8 rather than £79.99. So they re-charge me for £79.99 in order to balance the -£79.99 return, and then they made a return of £20.8 to me. I waited another 10 minutes to wait for them to make the right return to me. Everything so far is ok and I don’t think it’s a big deal because everyone makes mistakes. But after I went back home, I found I didn’t receive the return but I made an extra payment of £20.8, which makes me very upset because I don’t want to go to the store again—so troublesome—any TK Maxx around me is far!But I have to! Because when I called the store, they said they cannot return me without me presenting with my bank card. I have to pay extra time and extra money in order to fix the store’s mistake! Good for you! I don’t want to be mean, but how they handle their mistake—let me pay for their mistake—makes me very angry!

Great shop and the staff are friendly most of the time. Good bargains if your willing to rifle through stock as no staff member willing to assist.

There's always something new in Tkmaxx and a seldom go home empty handed. Great for a soggy Sunday outing.
