I recently had an incredibly positive experience with the Camberley Library, specifically with their customer service team. I had accidentally left my tablet in the library and was very worried that it might have been lost or stolen.

When I contacted the library online (the is the only thing that stopped it getting a 5 star - no phone to contact them on) to inquire about my tablet, I was met with the most friendly, helpful, and professional customer service I have ever received. The team went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to search for my tablet. They even contacted me regularly to update me on their progress and to reassure me that they were doing everything they could to help.

After a few days, the team at Camberley Library were able to locate my tablet and kept it safe for me until I was able to come and collect it. The tablet was in perfect condition, and I was so relieved and grateful to have it back.

Overall, I can't praise the customer service team at Camberley Library enough. Their dedication to helping me and their exceptional level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this library to anyone in the area who is looking for a friendly and reliable service. Thank you, Camberley Library, for your outstanding service!

Had to work from there at short notice...very happy to find free wifi, an adjustable desk, a mouse, a monitor and a keyboard.

Great value (free except adult reservations) for accessing a varied selection of books; either from one of the suggested collections (eg: new releases) or by asking a librarian for suggestions based on what you enjoy.

Reservations service really helpful for getting the book you want.

A relatively quiet and cool place to work. No potable water available and no toilets but a friendly place nonetheless.

Like most libraries it is full of books in lots of genres.
Today (Thursday) it was very quiet.

Good stock of both fiction and non-fiction reading. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Also acts as centre for things like bus passes.
