Shocking - in what universe does it take nearly as long to get your baggage back as it did to fly home? The executives of this company should be ashamed of themselves. No excuses - there was no representation in the baggage hall, no explanation, no apologies.
I had to put one star as you can’t write a review without. A minus star or two would be more representative of this service.
Had no issues flying in or out of Portugal. Much better.

Luton airport 12 March - over 100 minutes (and still waiting) for luggage. Totally unacceptable. Third world service.

Just arrived on a flight at 10.30pm from Inverness, to watch to my utter disbelief my bag being run over on the runway by a Menzies member of staff. Bag is completely damaged, haven't checked the contents yet. No one at Menzies desk to help and no one picking up my calls. But cannot believe the lack of customer service just to chuck it onto the conveyor belt! Appalling service!! Will be calling in the AM to

55 minutes between landing and first bags coming out at Luton. If you were running a train line you'd be paying out refunds to everyone. Given the apparent absence of any rules to hold you accountable, I guess the best we can all hope for is that enough people shame you into improving your rubbish service.

Useless company. No one at Menzies desk to help and no one picking up my calls. But cannot believe the lack of customer service just to chuck it onto the conveyor belt! Appalling service!! the lost ,y luggages since 3 days until now one bother himself to give a call to update me.
maybe they will answer the lawsuit .

Menzies and Luton Airport are the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Not one phone number for you to speak to someone. Not a single reply to my 15+ messages and emails about my son's lost luggage that has very urgent contents. They lost the bag for 8 days then through our many phone calls to Barcelona handlers, they said luton had found and would put on next available flight. 5 DAYS LATER AND NO BAG AND NOT ONE REPLY TO OUR MESSAGES. MENZIES AND LUTON AIRPORT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have been trying to get in touch with Menzies as part of Easy Jet handling agents for lost property in Luton. I have tried calling them to get some information but without any luck. It is utterly shocking the lack of any customer support from Menzies and Easy Jet. Utterly shocked and very disappointed

Sport luggage now damaged twice at Luton, no one cares, no one on complaints counter, no answer for phone call. Pherhaps they will answer the small claims court paperwork. shocking lack of care for peoples property.
