The tea of this restaurant is much delicious to take. They serve 24/7 at low prizes like 1 cup of tea only for 1 AED.

Although my GP's Health Centre now advocates getting back to normal by not asking nor wearing face mask, this Health Centre displays notices saying face masks is a requirement.
They also verbally say its a requirement, unless you are exempt and expect a reply to why you do not require to wear one.
I do wonder if they even follow the rules about wearing disposable masks.

Since they closed the craigmarloch centre, it is an absolute nightmare to get to speak to anyone. When you eventually get through to speak to a receptionist, you are given a telephone appointment in some cases in 2 weeks time. Whilst not an emergency, it is very frustrating. This used to be a great practice, but not now.

Considering all that the NHS is up against, just cannot fault my treatment both by phone and in person. For sure we all wish things could get back to what we all used to expect to be normal, but that's not going to happen any time soon. Very very frustrating however eventually, I cannot knock the treatment I received.

I am horrified and appalled that my mum who is almost 75 years old who has fell and has a fractured pelvis has received NO Physical Therapist for 6 weeks to help her regain strength and walk again. Not to mention that my mum was a registered nurse for 50 years for the NHS. She is home bound and cant leave the house and no one has bothered to get her the help she needs so she can get better. Disgusted..

I have nothing but praise for the Doctors and other staff in this practice Dr Mallon in particular. Thank you for your help and care when I was unwell after returning from abroad ????

It may be a pain getting through for an appointment but everyone I know has a similar difficulty with their practice. Always find the reception staff polite and very helpful. Doctors are very professional and I have always thought very understanding and willing to help.

I was there to get blood taken for an infected knee , when the nurses seen the state of my knee the were super helpful and could not have done enough to help me , dressed it and gave me loads of great advise , THANK YOU

Can't get through on phone to order prescription, 57 attempts today. Need to go through it all again tomorrow. Doctor also didn't want to see me even though I have lumps in breasts and a big lump on spine. Gave me an antibiotic for it. Joke of a place
