The product is good, yet over priced. The service from the Filipino workers is great. The men in the back office, on the other hand, haven't a clue how to treat a client. No eye contact. No "hello". If you ask them a question they ask the Filipino worker to answer for them. Until it comes to collecting your money. Then they are all over you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They did a crime with my car: They put 10% filtering on the front window although it is forbidden by UAE law. I got a fine 3 months later of 975 Dirhams. I went back there and they told me that I was the one that asked for... How the hell did I know that I could only put filtering on the side and the rear window? Supposedly, they are the professionals.... such a lack of ethics in business. In the end, "make money at all cost" is the only God these guys obey!!!!

Overprice. They charged me 80dhs to change 1 signal tail light bulb on my Ford Focus.

Changed management and things went down hill. Was a fan but they raised prices and not worth going for me anymore.
