Really helpful pharmacist and efficient staff who provided us with clear phone advice (and then replacement medication when prescription arrived from our home GP) when my husband forgot to bring his prescription drugs whilst on holiday to Devon. Pharmacy is just off the A30 and has a small carpark behind.

What a breath of fresh air this pharmacy is after my previous local pharmacy. My partner and I have recently moved to the area and I’m very happy to be registered as a patient at the surgery next door and a customer of this friendly pharmacy.

Chemist looked for a few seconds before announcing the prescription hadn’t been sent. Informed me I had to contact the surgery to get a bar code to prove they had done so. Once I produced that they issued the prescription. No apology or explanation.
