So today I went for a coffee and I ordered cappuccino and the brownies waffles it was delicious!! And I loved the new menu it has more options.

I love the place and the food I arrived at 11:20 am with my kids during the winter break to have breakfast but the manager refused to give us the breakfast menu saying that breakfast is served till 11 am only. I told him it is vacation and they need to extend to breakfast timing , he started reading the menu for me that it is till 11. He is following the book. I left the place and now I am enjoying breakfast in Shakespeare and co. Restaurants needs to know that the competition is high and customers have too many options.

Arrived at 9am with friends, planned to have breakfast only to find there’s no chef until 10am so no breakfast or anything else in the menu. Coffee and cakes/croissant only. Recommend you advertise your hours accurately to avoid disappointed customers. Why place your menu out front an hour before it’s available?!?!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly and excellent service, especially Mr. Sahir was amazing and friendly he was caring a lots of our satisfaction and recommended as the best special food and food is so yummy. Thank you Mr. Sahir , i really appreciate you. I will come back again n again . God bless you.

Excellent service and ambiance , my favorite spot to do work/ meetings/ gatherings.
Great food options, delicious coffee, the cappuccino is the best !!
Nice sitting are with ample space either indoors or outdoors
